Since our founding, we have aimed to build one of the best technology company cultures in the world. We constantly strive to make Thought Machine a great place to work and attract new talent. We have highlighted some aspects of our culture to give a flavour of how we work. Our team is built on two foundations:

Social activities and communication
We are a super friendly company and organise and facilitate a host of social activities. Free food and drink is provided in all our offices, and we have attractive cafe areas where the team congregates to eat, drink and socalise. We are an active company; the company sponsors a range of sporting and fitness activities from football, basketball, and running, to squash, climbing and more.
We also have a number of clubs catering to those with non-sporting interests, such as our popular wine and cheese club, and our film club. All our company news is communicated freely through the company, primarily through our weekly Thought Machine Friday town halls. Once every six weeks, the CEO engages in an open Q&A session where anyone can bring a question or concern. We are as transparent as possible as this lets us progress in the best team atmosphere.
