Thought Machine’s core product is a cloud native, core banking engine built to run any type of bank - from established Tier 1 banks all the way to new challenger banks.

Thought Machine is expanding globally, and have recently opened an office in Singapore. We are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter, to grow this team.

  • Work closely with our Sales, Partnerships and Delivery team to understand recruitment needs and achieve ambitious recruitment goals
  • Promote Thought Machine and our employee value proposition among prospective candidates
  • Ensure best practice resourcing methods are used
  • Manage senior stakeholders across different time zones to ensure the smooth running of the process, right-fit candidates and high levels of engagement with their teams;
  • Act as a role model for change and performance improvement;
  • Produce insights and fact-based evidence that enable improved decision making within and external to your business area
  • Work closely with the UK Recruitment team.



  • 5+ years’ experience in recruiting across sales, partnerships and delivery roles
  • Strong track record working in agency and/ or in-house and used to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to manage stakeholders from across the business in multiple time zones
  • Manage candidates through the recruitment process in a way that is efficient, friendly, trusting and respectful
  • Comfortable with numbers and monitoring recruiting KPI’s
  • Self-starter with the ability to work on your initiative, as part of a global team
  • Well organised – able to stay on top of the recruitment process for each candidate
  • Able to balance day-to-day recruitment as well as participate in strategic projects
  • Hungry to find the best possible talent – ambitious, driven, hardworking and uncompromising


  • In-house and agency experience would be preferred
  • Experience recruiting for a technology, fintech, or financial services business
  • Recruiting for a high-growth scale-up
